His global take on traditional southern cuisine brings an upscale twist to guilty pleasure favorites, such as chicken and dumplings, fried green tomatoes, etc.. Chef John Thomas toured all the famous southern restaurants in the U.S. and leads the kitchen by drawing inspiration from decades of fine dining experience and travel across the southeastern United States. He created a menu that changes daily based on seasonal produce, specialty southern ingredients, and fresh finds from our own backyard.
