Troy’s BBQ is located in one of the oldest remaining structures in Palm Beach county, an est 1870s carriage house, which was moved from a Palm Beach mansion in 1970 and floated over the intercoastal to it’s current location. The house sat for 50 years, caught fire, and collapsed, until the Subculture group re-constructed it and it arose anew as Troy’s BBQ. The property where Troy’s sits was expanded to include an art gallery, and an artist cooperative called The Peach.
