Famous for its dim sum and tapas-style menu, Boca Raton-based Kapow!, founded by restaurateur Vaughan Dugan along with Subulture Restaurant and Nightclub Group’s Scott Frielich and Rodney Mayo, will be bringing its Pan-Asian eats to downtown West Palm Beach in January. This will be Kapow’s second location.
“We’re really excited to be opening up [in West Palm Beach]. When we posted the news on Facebook, it was so well-received, and it was humbling to know we’ve made an impact from so far away in Boca,” Dugan said.
Don’t let the name fool you—the noodle bar serves much more than noodles. In addition to buns, noodles and small plates, Dugan says guests can expect to see new menu items, like Peking duck, among favorites like Bento lunch boxes, pad thai and short ribs. Craft cocktails will also be featured on a rotating schedule.
